Our November Lecture is:
‘West Cork Flax – Threads of time’ with Kathy Kirwan.
This will be an interactive talk with Kathy Kirwan, Flax enthusiast and Eco social artist.
She will share her research and stories of West Cork Flax and discuss the future of Flax production in Ireland.
Kathy has been collecting local Flax stories over the past few years and would be delighted if you could bring your stories, artefacts, photographs of the history of West Cork Flax to share and display on the night.
All welcome, small charge for non-members.
